SKIDMORE, OWING & MERRILL
The Workspace11 team worked closely with SKIDMORE, OWING, AND MERRILL to develop, engineer, fabricate, and install the feature stairs at the Harbinger Capitals NYC office. The Stairs is fabricated from faceted stainless steel parts, creating an infinitely undulating surface that leads to the center of W. Again, 3d modeling played a key role in the design development here, but then old school craftsmanship is what delivers the final product, as each form had to be fully welded and polished by hand.
