Workspace11 in collaboration with Iron State development, Gwathmey Siege architecture, and Noe Duchafor interior designed, engineered, fabricated , and installed the feature louver screens at 70 Columbus, a luxury residential building in New Jersey. These decorative visual screens are designed as a series of custom aluminum extrusions cladded with wood veneer & mirror polished stainless steel. They are a design feature that runs from the exterior of the building through the main lobby and up through the walls and ceilings of the amenity spaces through the building.
